GuideTennis (“GuideTennis OS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, process, and protect your personal information when you use our website (guidetennis.com), web application (app.guidetennis.com), and mobile applications on Android and iOS.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Data: Name, email address, password hash, role (Player, Coach, Academy Admin), and verified NTRP/GPI skill rating.
• Match & Courtside Telemetry: Point-by-point scores, serve percentages, aces, unforced errors, winner locations, and match durations recorded during games.
• Video & Biomechanics Data: Video recordings captured via our camera module for stroke analysis, 17-keypoint skeleton joint telemetry, and ball impact timestamps.
• Device & Usage Information: Operating system, app version, IP address, and offline match sync state.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your data strictly to deliver and improve our Tennis Operating System:

• Generating your deterministic AI Tactical Coach weakness diagnostics.
• Calculating your dynamic GuideTennis Performance Index (GPI) and Tennis Passport.
• Synchronizing live courtside scores between players, coaches, and academy rosters.
• Processing subscription entitlements and in-app purchases.

4. Video Processing & Security

Stroke analysis videos uploaded to GuideTennis are processed securely. Skeleton keypoints and kinematic measurements are computed automatically. We do not sell your personal videos or telemetry to third-party data brokers.

5. Account Deletion & Data Rights (App Store / GDPR)

In compliance with Apple App Store Guidelines (Section 5.1.1) and GDPR, you have the absolute right to delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the mobile app settings or via our automated deletion endpoint (/api/v1/auth/delete-account).
